Website information
The site provides B2B development and sourcing information. Formulation families, concepts, format references and images are discussion material. They are not a binding offer, an approved formula, product authorization, medical advice or a recommendation to use a particular dose.
Project agreements
Quotations, sample availability, development scope, intellectual-property rights, fees, quantities, delivery, quality responsibilities and the contracting party are confirmed in project documents. Submitting a form does not create a manufacturing agreement or reserve stock.
Materials and intellectual property
Use site materials to assess a project. Do not represent concept photographs as evidence of a tested batch or another brand’s product. Customer artwork and formulas remain subject to their owners’ rights and the agreed confidentiality and development terms. Reference terms do not imply affiliation with another brand.
Product and market decisions
The brand owner, manufacturer, importer and relevant advisers must agree their responsibilities for the actual product, intended use, claims and market. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for the necessary technical and market review.
