This policy explains how the CaffeinePouch OEM website handles information submitted through its inquiry forms. Contact the site team at info@linkbiolabs.com for privacy questions or requests. Updated 3 November 2026.
Information and purpose
We collect the contact name, work email, company/brand, target market and project details you choose to submit. Optional fields can include a formulation, concept, flavor, pack and quantity. We use them to assess and respond to the inquiry and keep the related project correspondence. Please do not submit medical records, payment-card information or unnecessary personal data.
Storage and recipients
Valid inquiries are saved privately in this website’s WordPress database. Notification emails are sent through the configured 163.com SMTP service to info@linkbiolabs.com. Hosting and email providers process data in operating those services. Authorized project staff can access inquiry records; the records are not public website content. Communication through WhatsApp is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
The website applies a 12-month retention period to closed or inactive website inquiries unless the team documents an ongoing project or another applicable requirement. Operational backups rotate separately. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at the contact address; we will check the request and any applicable retention requirement. Deletion decisions should also be applied after a backup restoration.
Optional analytics
The shared footer includes optional 51.LA analytics. It loads after analytics consent. Inquiry fields and full project descriptions are not sent as analytics events. You can refuse analytics and still use the forms, or change the choice through Cookie settings. When you select another language, automatic translation sends public website text to the Microsoft Edge translation service through a locally hosted translation library. Input values and inquiry text are excluded from translation. Automatic translations may need language review; the English source remains the reference.
International handling and scope
Hosting, email and communication services may process data in different countries. For a proposed confidential formulation, agree the appropriate confidentiality terms before providing detailed trade secrets. The actual contracting entity and any project-specific data processing terms are identified in the proposal. This policy does not claim blanket compliance with every jurisdiction.
