Build a caffeine pouch specification
Use the fields below as a project worksheet. A specification needs a version, author, review status and approval date. Proposed values remain proposed until the responsible parties confirm them.
Copy these fields into your brief
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| Project | Brand, market, channel, project ID, revision and owner |
| Composition | Ingredient identity/form, supplier, amount, unit and caffeine contribution |
| Finished unit | Total caffeine, other ingredients, fill weight and unit basis |
| Sensory | Flavor, cooling, bitterness, sweetness, feel and method |
| Pouch | Material, dimensions, seam and integrity criteria |
| Pack | Container drawing, count, net quantity, label and barrier |
| Quality | Sampling, methods, criteria, provider and release authority |
| Lifecycle | Stability plan, storage, change rules and complaint route |
State value, unit and status
Use “proposed,” “under evaluation” or “approved” with the appropriate date. An unknown caffeine value is not zero. “One can” is not a complete quantity basis without the pouch count and net content.
Send an editable brief
Use the brief builder to select a formulation, flavor and can, then edit the summary before sending. Include document requirements and any source restrictions. A web form starts the discussion; the approved project specification remains a controlled document.
Project questions
What should I send for this review?
Send the target market, formula and pack version, the question you need answered and existing documents. Identify which values are proposed and which have already been approved.
Does this guide define an approved product specification?
No. Use the guide to prepare a project-specific review. Methods, acceptance criteria and responsibilities are agreed for the actual formulation, pack and market.
