A caffeine pouch manufacturing process connects controlled materials to a defined finished specification. The sequence below is a project framework. Actual equipment, site, process parameters and release records are confirmed in the manufacturing scope.
From material receipt to finished pack
| Stage | Control question | Useful record |
|---|---|---|
| Material receipt | Are identity, lot and status clear? | Supplier documents and receipt checks |
| Weighing | Are units, quantities and additions reconciled? | Signed weighing record |
| Blending | Does the blend support uniform filling? | Order, time, conditions and sampling |
| Pouch forming and filling | Are fill behavior, weight and dimensions controlled? | In-process checks and adjustments |
| Sealing | Is the seam suitable without leakage? | Seal settings and applicable integrity checks |
| Can filling and labeling | Do count, artwork and lot match? | Line clearance and reconciliation |
| Release | Have the defined criteria been met? | Batch review, applicable COA and disposition |

Supplied process reference material. The applicable manufacturing site, equipment and test scope are identified in the project proposal.
Change and deviation control
Ingredient source, extract assay, carrier, pouch fabric and closure changes can affect the result. Document who can approve each change, whether samples must be repeated and which checks are required. Hold a nonconforming batch for disposition under the agreed quality process.
